Uninstall the device software (if applicable): Under Apps & Features in Windows* Settings, uninstall any instance of the " Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software," and " Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®." When prompted, choose to "discard settings.".

Download and save the latest drivers for your Intel Wireless Adapter.
